Refund Policy

We always ensure quality services to our valued travelers and our services ae 100% as per our commitment motioned in various parts of our service types. As a result, our experiences on refund cases are too negligible to calculate by number. Even then we request our valued applicant to go through below refund policy before you apply.

  • Once the Service has been provided to you, the service fees cannot be returned. If you want to cancel your Australia ETA Visa application, you will have to send request within 1 hour of your application submission for regular process (24 Hours), if it is still open for process.
  • If we fail to provide the Super Express or express service, we will refund the extra charge.
  • If your travel authorization is not granted by Department of Immigration and Border Protection (DIBP), your fees will not be refunded.
  • We are a private service provider for online visa application and we are not affiliated with the Australian Government agency. We are just travelers’ service provider for processing Australia ETA Visa or Australia eVisitor Visa on behalf of the traveler. We do not have any authority to approve or grant you a visa. Please note that the final decision on all visa applications is taken by the Department of Immigration and Border Protection (DIBP).
